Once again Guru Nanak Sikh Gurdwara is pleased to announce Seniors Flu Clinics, held at the Gurdwara Sahib. This year we have partnered with local Safeway Pharmacies to provide these free flu shots. Clinics will be held on the following days at the Gurdwara Langar Hall: Sunday, Oct. 30 from 10-2 PM Sunday, Nov. 6 from 10-2 PM. Please remember to bring your medical card .

Once again in November 2011, the Sikh Community is collaborating together on a blood donation drive to commemorate the memory of the victims of Genocide 1984. This blood drive was started by the Sikh Community in November 1999 and as of the 2010 campaign, more than  55,000 lives in Canada have been saved. Fraser Health will be running a flu clinic (flu shots) at Guru Nanak Sikh Gurdwara on November 1st. The flu shot will protect you and those around you.  This year’s flu shot will give you protection against three strains of influenza viruses, including H1N1.
