The world is changing very rapidly these days. What does it mean to live as a Sikh in the 21st century? How do we instill the values and the guts to stand out and stand strong with courage and confidence?
Come join Guruka Singh and Gurumustuk Singh from Sikhnet for a free interactive workshop which will be happening Saturday, August 28th, 6PM – 8PM at the Guru Nanak Sikh Gurdwara in Surrey, BC, Canada.
We will experience together:
• Learning to meditate for inner stability and balance (sahaj)
• Communicating effectively
• The practical living principles of parenting
• Hearing what our children are telling us
• The legacy of our heritage and what it means to us and future generations.
