Come join us once again as Guru Nanak Sikh Gurdwara participates in the 2011 CIBC Run for the Cure

On Sunday, October 2nd 2011, over 30,000 people will be running or walking to create a future without breast cancer at the 19th annual Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation CIBC Run for the Cure.

The first Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation Run, held in Toronto’s High Park in 1992, drew 1,500 participants and raised $83,000. Last year, more than 170,000 Canadians ran in support of breast cancer research, education and awareness programs raising a record $28.5 million.

The GNSG team will be meeting at the following location:

Sunday, October 2 at 8:00 AM below Stadium Skytrain Station in front of Rogers Arena. T-shirts will be available for all team members who have paid the registration fee or raised the minimum donation.
